Brian has contributed to the NZ clayart scene on a professional level for over four decades through exhibits, workshops and magazine and book articles. He has a creative, experimental and evolving style that depends heavily on strong visual skills. In his long career there have been extensive workshop and conference events in Australia, North America, and Europe. Early sculptural pieces are held in most NZ Art Museums.
